Here at the Vineyard we are passionate about small groups. The main reason for our excitement is because we have seen time and time again that people grow best in a healthy, small group community. People who are regularly connecting with a small group of other Christians tend to stay connected to the church long term, serve in ministry, grow spiritually, experience care and support within the Body of Christ, and on and on the list could go. And besides that, a lot of the things the Bible commands us to do (pray for one another, encourage one another, keep each other accountable, etc.) happen best in a small group.
